For example: suitable for picnics and outdoor activities, night market special tent, rainproof, used to cover buildings and equipment and other functions, but tarpaulin in terms of transportation requirements are very strict, has its own standards.

After unloading the tarpaulin, the consignee shall send the tarpaulin to the tarpaulin room at the station within two days with the "truck tarpaulin handover form" filled in by the special line freight forwarder. Special line and special railway freight forwarders fill out the "truck tarpaulin handover form" (in duplicate), and the shipper will collect it at the station with the "truck tarpaulin handover form" filled out by the special line freight officer. And check the numbers one by one. After checking that it is correct, the shipper fills in the tarpaulin number and the corresponding lid of the vehicle number with the "truck tarpaulin handover form" filled in by the tent keeper.

If there is an anomaly, the consignee must unload the truck together with the dedicated line freight forwarder. Stop cutting and damaging tarpaulins and ropes, and if it is found that the tarpaulin is lost, damaged, or lacks waist and side ropes due to the duties of the consignee, it shall be handled in accordance with the "Disposal Method for Damaged Railway Tarpaulin". Before using tarpaulin at the station, check the quality one by one. When using railway tarpaulin, fill in the tarpaulin number in the "Railway Truck tarpaulin number" column of the cargo waybill; When using your own tarpaulin, you should mark the symbol "×" in the column of "railway truck tarpaulin number" in the consignment note, and check whether the shipper has indicated the "self-provided tarpaulin" and number in the column "Matters recorded by the shipper" in the consignment note×.
